December 21, 2020: Bored

So as of the beginning of this month, I have my doctorate. I also have to look for jobs. Normally this would be a long, arduous process; with the current state economy, it is an indefinitely interminable and tortuous one. As such, I am, needless to say, rather bored.

Currently I have the following plans for the foreseeable future:

• Reading: I plan to read some fiction and nonfiction. For fiction reading, I am currently reading Seven Spires: Whispers of the Necropolis by J. M. Nelson, which is a collection of interrelated horror stories. For nonfiction reading, I am currently reading Herbert Wilf's generatingfunctionology and John Woldemar Cowan's The Complete Lojban Language. (I'm not posting links to these. Google them. The PDFs are freely available.)
• Writing: I plan to write a lot more on this website, about a lot of different subjects, as time permits; which, given my large amount of free time, should mean daily updates. I shall also continue writing my diary (which I shall not be making public.)
• Gaming: I plan to start gaming regularly, and to post updates on my progress on this site.
